Totally excellent! William did the plumbing work on a bathroom renovation that included a new shower diverter valve, shutoff valves and toilet install. In addition he replaced the exterior master shut off valve. His quote was excellent (a fixed contract price as opposed to an hourly rate), his knowledge of his craft was first rate and the over all workmanship was excellent, including being done on time to coordinate with the contractor. You cannot go wrong with William. I'd give him six stars if I could.

We recently built a new house and needed to have a whole house water filter installed. We had seen Will's ad in Coffee News and decided to give him a call and we're sure glad we did! Will was able to come out and install it the next day, did an excellent job, and his price was very reasonable. He even took care of a problem we were having with a hose that was stuck on an exterior spigot at no extra charge. We highly recommend him!!!

After the city did some work on the water system a pressure surge caused our toilets to leak. The water shut off was corroded as was the main water shut off. We called William Morrell Plumbing and they came within a couple hours and promptly replaced the main water shut off valve with one that should not corrode. Excellent network and reasonable priced. Highly recommended.

Will was recommended by a friend when we needed a small bathroom faucet repair. While he was here we discussed re piping our house. He gave us a very reasonable quote and completed all the work while we were out of town. He was extremely professional, helpful with all our questions, and thorough. I called 2 plumbers before Morrell Plumbing.
3 people recommended I call William Morrell. I thought I had the wrong number because it was a New Jersey number. I ended up calling a different plumber named William with a local number. He never showed up. I had a big company come and quote an extremely high price and said 4-5 days to do the job.
William Morrell showed up on time, quoted a few thousand less, and said it would take two days. The next week he showed up again on time, kept his word on the 2 day timeline, and cleaned up after himself.
My whole house had polybutylene pipes. They did a whole house install and hooked up a new tankless water heater.
I will only call William Morrell for any future plumbing and I will refer him to all others indefinitely!

Will did an extraordinary job! We had city water installed, and they ran the piping from our well to the new water source. Great customer service and quality work throughout the job. They also added a pipe so I can install a hose in the future, since I was losing a faucet from the well. I will be sure to use them for all my plumbing needs and recommend them to everyone!
